E-Invoicing Project Manager

Join a transformative, large-scale global e-invoicing initiative as an E-Invoicing Project Manager. In this contract role, you will lead the delivery of critical phases within an extensive international programme, ensuring smooth coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders. 

The business is currently rolling out Phase 2 of the programme following a successful first phase across multiple countries. The environment is fast-paced and delivery-focused, with around 100 people involved across the wider invoicing workstream.

They’re specifically looking for a senior PM with:

• Strong end-to-end project delivery experience
• Experience within invoicing/e-invoicing or finance transformation environments
• A proactive, “go-getter” mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to drive actions and keep projects moving across distributed teams

This is not a highly technical SAP role — the client is much more focused on someone who can own delivery, manage stakeholders effectively, and bring structure to complex international programmes.

• Location: Portugal preferred (remote-friendly with occasional Lisbon office presence)

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and substantial project management experience, preferably with international programme exposure. This role is based in Portugal, with a flexible remote setup and occasional presence in Lisbon. 

You will bring strong end-to-end project delivery experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to keep complex international programmes on track. While not highly technical, your ability to drive action, coordinate distributed teams, and bring structure to multifaceted projects will be essential.
