District / Strategic Account Manager

They are looking for a commercially driven District / Strategic Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with key enterprise customers, identify new automation opportunities, and help shape complex robotics deployments across multiple industries.

What You\'ll Be Doing
- Develop strategic account plans for major manufacturing and industrial customers.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Identify automation opportunities and guide customers through complex solution sales.
- Work closely with engineering, applications, and systems integration partners to develop winning solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor on robotics, manufacturing automation, and digital transformation.
- Lead customer discovery meetings, automation assessments, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and CRM activity.
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience selling industrial automation, robotics, or capital equipment.
- Strong background in strategic account management and enterprise sales.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and senior manufacturing leadership.
- Knowledge of robotic applications, manufacturing processes, or industrial automation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with industrial robots, automation systems, or manufacturing technologies.
- Existing relationships within automotive, logistics, consumer products, life sciences, food & beverage, or other industrial sectors.
- Understanding of factory automation, systems integration, and production processes.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to executive audiences.
