Business Analyst

Process Management/Quality/Test Expert needed on a freelance basis!
Duration: 3 month contract+ multiple extensions
Location: Berlin (some on site visits required but mainly remote)
Rate: Negotiable on experience

* Document and describe the as-is delivery processes within individual product teams and across the program using the various tools and standards employed by the program
* Delivery processes include, but are not limited to: - The software delivery lifecycle including planning, implementation and release through the different delivery stages to production - Feature testing and QA - Individual and cross-program Agile practices and ways of working including Scrum, Kanban, test automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Risk, issue and dependency management - Progress and status reporting - Production operations interaction with ITIL underpinnings
* Designing future state processes - Facilitating discussion and change to evolve processes from the current to an alternative future state

The individual must be a senior level practitioner in process description and presentation as well as change management.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile and scrum methodologies
- Commercial experience working in individual Agile product delivery teams as well as large scale projects and programs
- 5+ years of process and change management- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skill
