Base salary range: $90,100 – $150,100, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
Position may be eligible for additional incentive-based compensation.

Role Overview
The Bid Manager is responsible for managing the full pursuit lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through contract signature. This role blends commercial strategy, solution awareness, and program management discipline to coordinate winning proposals. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Bid Manager ensures the company’s value proposition is clearly articulated, risks are managed, and all internal and customer stakeholders remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full end-to-end bid process for strategic opportunities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance

Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop win strategies, value propositions, and pursuit plans

Drive cross-functional collaboration across solutions, finance, delivery, and legal to build integrated proposals

Develop and own commercial models, ROI analyses, and pricing proposals to ensure competitiveness and profitability

Facilitate internal reviews (delivery, red team, executive) and maintain RAID logs and risk registers

Prepare and coordinate customer-facing materials including proposals, presentations, strategy documents, and orals

Leverage hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, Google) as part of solution and deal strategy
-
Track pursuit performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of bid processes

Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on complex, strategic deals
Qualifications
Minimum
-
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
(or equivalent combination such as Master’s with 4 years, PhD with 1 year, or 10+ years of related experience) -
Prior experience in presales, bid management, or pursuit leadership within cloud, IT services, or MSP environments

Proven success managing large, complex deals ($100K+ MRR or multi-million TCV)

Strong background in cloud, infrastructure, and digital workplace services

Expertise in commercial modeling, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis

Exceptional project management, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills

Experience working with global SIs, MSPs, or large enterprise IT providers
