Workday Integration Developer (Contract)
Contract: Until the end of the year
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote (must be able to collaborate across global teams and time zones)
The Opportunity
We\'re looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join a global HR technology team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale Workday environment, developing and supporting integrations that connect business-critical HR systems.
Working alongside HRIS specialists, Business Analysts and technical stakeholders, you\'ll help design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations while contributing to ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations.
- Gain an understanding of the existing Workday environment, architecture and integration landscape.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop integrations using a range of Workday technologies.
- Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Work closely with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years\' hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
- Strong experience developing integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connector
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Report-as-a-Service (RaaS)
- Workday Web Services
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM and HR data structures.
- Experience working with integration architecture, data transformation and system interfaces.
- Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
