Workday Integration Developer (Contract)

Contract: Until the end of the year
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote (must be able to collaborate across global teams and time zones)

The Opportunity

We\'re looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join a global HR technology team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale Workday environment, developing and supporting integrations that connect business-critical HR systems.

Working alongside HRIS specialists, Business Analysts and technical stakeholders, you\'ll help design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations while contributing to ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations.
• Gain an understanding of the existing Workday environment, architecture and integration landscape.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop integrations using a range of Workday technologies.
• Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Work closely with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years\' hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
• Strong experience developing integrations using:
  • Workday Studio
  • Core Connector
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Report-as-a-Service (RaaS)
  • Workday Web Services
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM and HR data structures.
• Experience working with integration architecture, data transformation and system interfaces.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
