Energize Cloud is supporting one of the top 10 IT companies in the greater Bielefeld region in Team lead M365 position. They generated over €50 million in revenue last year and act as the IT service provider for a large, well-known group currently undergoing significant digital transformation.
This is a key strategic role, focused on shaping the team’s future roadmap and vision, while working closely with customers to support Microsoft 365 initiatives and modernise their infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, aligning skills and growth with business needs
- Coordinate team capacity and ensure clear prioritisation of tasks and customer requests
- Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft 365, including rollout and optimisation of new applications
- Analyse customer requirements and design effective digitalisation solutions
- Drive new digital initiatives and continuously improve processes and ways of working
