Senior System Administrator (Windows/M365) (m/f/d)

Location: NRW - Hybrid 

Up to 70,000€

Energize are partnered with a forward thinking and leading IT service provider part of a secure and leading entertainment group. They are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to maintain approximately 400 virtualized Windows servers, supporting company-wide systems and over 4,000 clients. They are also rolling out a large M365 migration so there is opportunity for a vast amount of development within the role. 

Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer Windows servers, including Exchange (on-premise & online).
• Perform error analysis and rectification (3rd level support).
• Manage users and rights in Active Directory and administer group policies.
• Contribute to projects and working groups on topics such as automation, identity management, security, authentication, mobility, etc.
• Drive the development of our IT infrastructure into the cloud.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in administering Windows domains and Exchange infrastructures.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell).
• Ideally, knowledge of Azure AD or Entra ID.
• Completed IT training, degree in (business) informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Proficiency in German (B2 level and above) and English.
