Job Description:

As an SAP Logistics Expert, your primary focus is to build holistic solutions that align business goals and outcomes with IT delivery, generating value for customers. By leveraging insights into leading practices and benchmarks, you will ensure that business objectives are met through effective SAP solutions.

You will conduct discovery sessions to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs. Using this insight, you will tailor solutions to match customer requirements, particularly in the warehouse and logistics business processes. Your responsibilities include leading workshops, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase these solutions.

Additionally, you will provide support to sales and pre-sales teams by helping develop and execute strategies for SAP logistics solutions in complex sales opportunities. Your expertise will provide valuable industry insights as well as granular, business-focused functional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build solutions that align business goals with IT delivery to generate value for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Customize solutions to meet customer needs, focusing on warehouse and logistics processes.
• Lead workshops, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase capabilities.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams in the development and execution of SAP logistics strategies in complex sales opportunities.
• Provide valuable insights into industry trends and offer functional expertise in logistics processes.
• Analyze requirements, blueprint, and configure SAP EWM and other relevant modules.
• Take a leading role in implementing SAP EWM systems.
• Manage project activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Stay updated on SAP EWM and other logistics modules, continuously expanding knowledge.
• Actively share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues to foster growth within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Logistics, with extensive knowledge of SAP EWM, TM, and related modules.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, technologies, and logistics systems.
• Experience in client management, including blueprinting and defining project scope.
• Proven ability to identify and manage sales opportunities.
• Expertise in translating complex technical environments into clear solutions.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and SAP Leonardo, and understanding how to leverage these for customer benefit.
• Results-driven, flexible, and customer-oriented with a strong service mentality.
• Independent problem solver with the ability to motivate oneself and drive initiatives.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and fostering collaboration within a team.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Dutch. English and/or French language skills are a plus.
• A keen interest in emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, Voice Picking, Visual Logistics, MFS, and Warehouse Automation.
