SAP Team Leader

EnergizeSAP is looking for an SAP Team Leader to lead SAP strategy, transformation, and continuous optimisation within a growing organisation in Rosche, Germany.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 SAP in-house consultants and master data managers (professional and disciplinary leadership)
• Own the SAP strategy and roadmap, including annual budget planning and ongoing monitoring (resources and costs)
• Drive Clean Core principles and the SAP RISE / S/4HANA journey
• Lead SAP initiatives end-to-end: requirements gathering, prioritisation, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Reduce process breaks through cross-system integration and process alignment
• Manage and coordinate SAP service providers to ensure delivery quality and collaboration
• Identify and implement AI-supported improvements in existing SAP processes

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Leadership experience and/or strong project management background
• Strong capability in SAP strategy development and long-term roadmap thinking
• Experience with budget planning, resource planning, and monitoring
• Strong process-oriented mindset with cross-functional process understanding
• Confident communication style, stakeholder management, and assertiveness
• Independent and dedicated working approach

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Signavio (process evaluation, prioritisation, optimisation implementation)
• Knowledge of food production processes and how they map into SAP
• Experience implementing AI-supported processes within SAP business processes
• Exposure to third-party system integration and reducing system breaks across complex landscapes

Education & experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Several years of SAP experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA
