SAP SuccessFactors Lead Expert (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will drive the digital transformation of an international HR landscape. You will manage HR technology projects, coordinate global stakeholders, and help shape the future of the organization\'s HR systems with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international HR digitalization and HR IT projects
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Act as the key liaison between HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external consulting partners
• Analyze business requirements, define solution concepts, and coordinate implementation activities
• Manage external service providers and consultants supporting SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Configure and customize HR systems where expertise is available
• Support testing, deployment, training, and change management activities
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR applications and processes on a global scale

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in Employee Central
• Experience managing HR IT and digital transformation projects in an international environment
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and related HR processes is highly desirable
• Experience coordinating and steering external implementation and support partners
• Customizing experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is an advantage
• English and German at least business fluent (B2)
