
SAP SuccessFactors Global Process Owner

looking for a Global Process Owner for a huge SAP SuccessFactors project. Big focus on Employee Central (EC)
Goal of the project is for all 29 countries to be on the same HR system. EC main module but also experience with recruiting module is a plus.
Candidate will report to HR not IT.
MIT\'s
- 5 years experience driving international experience
- SAP SF EC deep knowledge
- International Experience
- open to other HR systems
- working language in English but B2 German is still required
Benefits:
- 1/2 days every other week in the Mannheim Office
- 20% Business travel (expensed)
- parts of the project will require 5 days in the office, sometimes 100% remote
- non tariff contract (38.5hrs)

- 14 monthly payments (bonus\' payed in April and November)
- salary discussed 90-110k but can stretch to around 130k for the perfect candidate (90% fixed 10% variable)

Hiring process
- CV feedback 3 days max
- IV time slots usually early morning/late evening
- 1st IV Teams call with Erik and his boss
- 2nd IV Onsite in Mannheim with the Director of HR, will consist of 2/3 short meetings throughout the day
- final part is workers council meeting (always on a Friday morning)
