Position Overview:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with HR teams and IT stakeholders to streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring efficient management of employee data, workflows, and reporting in a civil engineering environment.
Tasks:
- Solution Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business needs, focusing on employee data management, organizational structure, and time-off workflows.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand HR processes, and align SAP SuccessFactors functionalities with the company’s human resource objectives.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to manage employee data, time management, job information, and workflows, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with other modules and third-party systems.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess HR processes and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Training and Documentation: Develop user training sessions and comprehensive documentation to ensure HR teams are equipped to use the system effectively and understand new functionalities.
- Integration and Testing: Oversee the integration of Employee Central with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and non-SAP systems, ensuring robust and secure data flows across the HR landscape.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central complies with relevant HR regulations and reporting requirements, contributing to accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics.
Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a focus on Employee Central, ideally within a civil engineering or construction-related environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, including employee data management, workflows, and system integration with other HR modules.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, organizational management, time-off management, and compliance in a civil engineering context.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex HR processes and provide effective solutions to streamline and optimize workflows.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners.
- Project Management: Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.
