We are looking for a talented SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant to join our client’s team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global brand, driving the digital transformation of HR processes through innovative SuccessFactors solutions.
Position Overview:
As a SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant, you will take charge of implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with the company’s HR strategy. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to enhance employee experiences, streamline HR operations, and ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors into the organization’s broader SAP landscape.
Tasks:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance & Goals, to meet business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR teams to analyze and optimize HR processes, translating business needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP systems (e.g., Payroll, ERP) and third-party tools.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR teams, empowering them to maximize the capabilities of SuccessFactors and ensuring effective adoption.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to support ongoing operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors advancements and trends, applying new features and enhancements to optimize HR operations.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align SuccessFactors functionalities with the company’s overall business and employee engagement goals.
Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role, ideally within a retail or large enterprise environment.
- Module Expertise: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance & Goals.
- HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee data handling.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP integrations and an understanding of how SuccessFactors interacts with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical skills to identify HR challenges and propose tailored SuccessFactors solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.
- Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
