A leading IT service provider in the DACH region is expanding its SAP HCM consulting team and is looking for an experienced (Senior) Consultant to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) projects.
Role Overview
As part of a dynamic consulting team, you’ll guide clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors EC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client workshops to gather requirements and define implementation roadmaps
- Configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors EC, including integration with SAP HCM
- Analyzing and improving HR processes to ensure system efficiency and alignment
- Documenting system configurations, processes, and operational procedures
- Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
