IT Business Partner – HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)

A global leader in live production solutions across media, sports, and entertainment is seeking an IT Business Partner – HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to join its team at its headquarters in Wuppertal.

This organization is structured into three key business units focused on products, managed technology services, and global network solutions. Supporting these operations is a centralized Corporate Services division, which plays a critical role in shaping and executing efficient, scalable transactional processes. This division directly contributes to organizational success by streamlining workflows and supporting strategic goals.

As an IT Business Partner in the HRIS space, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and HR, driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors to support workforce and organizational development.

 

As an HRIS Specialist with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the organization’s global HR technology landscape. Working collaboratively with international teams, your work will help drive operational efficiency and data-driven HR strategies.

Your core responsibilities include:

• HR Software Administration & Optimization:
  Manage and continuously improve the SAP SuccessFactors system, particularly the Employee Central module. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance in HR master data.

• Data Reporting & Analytics:
  Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data queries to enable insightful HR analysis and informed decision-making.

• HR Technology Implementation:
  Support the delivery of new HR tech initiatives by translating business needs into system requirements and executing project-related tasks.

System Development & Support:
Drive the evolution of the HR systems landscape and provide second-level support for end users, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

 

Your Profile

• Educational Background:
  A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline – or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

• HRIS Expertise:
  Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in an international or complex organizational environment.

• Data Management Skills:
  Solid understanding of data structures and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL) for analyzing and interpreting HR data.

• Additional HR Tech Exposure:
  Familiarity with other HR software solutions is a plus.

• Language Proficiency:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration across global teams and external partners.

• Analytical & Solution-Oriented Thinking: A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities for system and data optimization.
