Energize SAP is supporting a growing enterprise organization that is currently delivering HR transformation initiatives. They are looking to engage an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant on a contract basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Performance Management
- Work with HR stakeholders to improve HR technology and employee lifecycle processes
- Support HR transformation and system enhancement initiatives
- Assist with system testing, documentation, and go live support
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
Profile Requirements
- Strong hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience supporting HR transformation or system implementations
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and project teams
