They are renowned for supporting the digital transformation of global organizations with SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP Cloud solutions. Additionally, they are a long-standing SAP Gold Partner with numerous industry awards (e.g., SAP Pinnacle, Quality Awards, Great Place to Work). Due to recent project demand, they are searching for a new Senior SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (C4C) solutions.

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into SAP CX solutions.

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution designs.

• Integrate SAP CX solutions with S/4HANA and other SAP/third-party systems.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for CRM, sales automation, and service operations.

• Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP ERP, analytics, middleware).

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to long-term relationships and value delivery.

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes.

• External Consultancy background is preferred.

• Languages - Fluent German.
