SAP SD/MM Consultant

About the Role

Join an international organisation as part of its internal IT and Digital Transformation team. As a SAP SD/MM Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and optimising SAP solutions across Materials Management and Sales & Distribution.

Working closely with business departments, international teams and external partners, you will help shape SAP processes, deliver projects and contribute to the strategic development of the company\'s SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, support and deliver SAP projects with a focus on SAP MM and SD.

• Analyse business requirements and design, optimise and implement SAP-supported business processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

• Work closely with internal departments, international locations and external implementation partners.

• Support project and sub-project management, including requirements gathering and coordination.

• Provide SAP consulting, user support and training to business departments and end users.

• Take responsibility for the ongoing support and customising of SAP MM and SD applications.

• Contribute to the strategic development and future direction of the SAP MM and SD modules.

Your Profile

• Degree, vocational qualification or comparable experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.

• Solid professional experience with SAP MM and/or SD, including support and customising.

• Experience working on SAP projects and coordinating project activities.

• Strong understanding of business processes and how they interact within an SAP environment.

• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, goal-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Very good German and good English language skills.

• Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
