SAP Business Process Specialist – Sales & Distribution (m/f/d)
A globally operating, mid-sized industrial technology company with approximately 2,000 employees worldwide is seeking to strengthen its team at its German headquarters.
The company develops and delivers advanced technical systems and solutions across multiple industrial sectors, including compression systems, process technology, and sustainable energy applications. It supports customers throughout the full lifecycle of projects — from consulting and development to construction and operational support.
Your Responsibilities

Advise and support specialist departments in defining SAP requirements to optimise business processes

Design and implement efficient SAP solutions in collaboration with international teams

Manage detailed design, configuration (customising), integration testing, and documentation within SAP logistics modules (focus on SD)

Support international SAP rollout projects

Train and support SAP key users and end users (2nd level support)

Analyse and resolve system issues
Your Profile

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

Strong practical experience in SAP SD, ideally with knowledge of related modules

Solid SAP logistics customising skills; ABAP knowledge is an advantage

Experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a similar industrial environment is beneficial

Fluent in German and English

Strong process-oriented and analytical thinking skills

Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment

Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

Willingness to travel internationally
