Overview

Energize Group is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation for a manufacturing organization.

This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for driving the SD workstream across business process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities. The ideal consultant will have strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD experience and be comfortable leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD workstream throughout the implementation
• Lead and facilitate client-facing Fit-to-Standard and business process workshops
• Support SD process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Support integration across SD and other SAP functional areas
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) requirements where applicable
• Coordinate with the client project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities as required
• Provide functional leadership and guidance across the SD workstream

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – SD
• Experience leading SAP Public Cloud implementations
• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation experience
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SD business processes
• Ability to independently lead a functional workstream within a larger implementation

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
• Experience supporting DoD, government, or government-contractor environments
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience across broader S/4HANA supply chain processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
