SAP RE-FX Migration Consultant

One of Energize’s clients is seeking an experienced freelance SAP RE-FX Migration Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA real estate migration.

The consultant will take a leading role in defining and executing the RE-FX migration approach, with a particular focus on complex real estate structures, data quality and integration with SAP FI Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design and define the SAP RE-FX migration concept for S/4HANA.
• Support the execution, validation and reconciliation of migration activities.
• Analyse RE-FX master data, transactional data and dependencies between real estate objects.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of migrated data.
• Support processes relating to IFRS 16, lease contracts, service charge settlements and assessments.
• Collaborate with adjacent SAP modules, particularly FI, CO and FI Accounts Receivable.
• Support the transition from the previously planned FI-CA solution to standard FI Accounts Receivable.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Real Estate Management and RE-FX.
• At least five years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience.
• Extensive experience delivering SAP data migrations, ideally within S/4HANA programmes.
• Experience working with large and complex real estate portfolios.
• Strong understanding of RE-FX master and transactional data structures.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI Accounts Receivable and its integration with RE-FX.
• SNP project experience is highly desirable; alternatively, extensive SAP migration experience will be considered.
• German language skills at B2 level or above, ideally C1.

Contract Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Workload: 60-80% or 100%
• Initial duration: Until the end of December 2026 + 1 year extension
• Working model: Predominantly remote
• Onsite requirement: Approximately two to three visits per year in Frankfurt or other agreed locations
• Travel expenses: Covered separately
