SAP Project/Programme Manager

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle SAP projects, from planning and design to delivery and post-go-live support

• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication

• Coordinate with senior client executives and internal leadership

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management standards (e.g., ASAP, Activate)

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing SAP projects (5+ years), ideally in a consultancy setting

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel within Germany as required
