SAP Project Manager Concur

EnergizeSAP is ooking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the next phase of a multi-country SAP Concur rollout for a large international media organisation.

The profile will take over from the current Project Manager and manage the continued rollout of Concur alongside the implementation and integration of a global corporate card solution.

Your key requirements:

• Strong SAP Project Management experience.

• Proven experience delivering SAP Concur implementations or international rollouts.

• SAP Concur experience is essential.

• Experience with Soldo or a similar corporate card/payment provider would be highly beneficial.

• Strong understanding of expense management, finance and corporate card processes.

• Experience coordinating business, Finance, HR, IT and development teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in a complex international environment.

• Experience managing the full lifecycle from design and requirements through testing, training, go-live and rollout.

Project scope:

• Continue the existing Concur rollout, with the German template already established.

• Upcoming countries include the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland and Germany.

• Further rollout planned across Continental Europe, the UK, USA and other international locations.

• Support the rollout/integration of Soldo or a comparable global debit card solution.

Contract details:

• Start: Ideally 1 September to allow handover with the current PM.

• Duration: Initial 6 months with potential extension.

• Workload: Full-time / 40 hours per week preferred.

• Working model: Predominantly remote.

• Onsite: Approximately 1 week per month in London.

• Travel expenses: Covered separately.

• Language: English.
