Energize are partnered with a global manufacturing organization in Frankfurt. Founded over 100 years ago, they are a global leader in supplying specialist products for the automotive industry. Their products are used by major Tier 1 suppliers across the globe, with operations spanning Europe, Asia, and North America. Due to the upcoming S/4 HANA implementation, they are currently looking for a new SAP Project Manager.

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end management of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project

• Conduct and facilitate workshops with internal departments to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, particularly within the SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM modules

• Manage and coordinate internal project teams and external partners, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget

• Serve as the interface between business departments and IT, aligning technical solutions with business needs

• Take a hands-on role in customizing and configuring SAP S/4HANA modules to support process improvements

• Lead the project through post-go-live optimization phases to stabilize and enhance SAP usage

• Potential to transition into SAP team leadership following successful project execution

Profile

• 3+ years of professional SAP ERP experience

• Strong knowledge of one of the following SAP modules: SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, or WM

• Project management experience is a bonus

• Fluent German
