SAP Project Manager

We are currently supporting a well-established real estate company based in Essen in their search for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead major digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP rollouts and S/4HANA transformation projects

• Manage cross-functional teams of 50–60 people with budgets up to €2 million+

• Oversee and coordinate multiple SAP projects simultaneously (2–3 at a time)

• Act as interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners

• Focus areas include SAP RE-FX, FICO, MM and/or SD

What you bring

• Proven experience as SAP Project Manager, ideally in real estate, utilities, or asset-heavy industries

• Strong knowledge in one or more modules: SAP RE-FX, FICO, MM, SD

• Experience managing large international teams and budgets

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a strong advantage

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
