SAP PP/DS Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Consultant to join our team. The SAP PP/DS Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP PP/DS module to streamline production planning and detailed scheduling processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP PP/DS implementation.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/DS solutions to optimize production planning and scheduling.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP PP/DS module, including resolving technical issues and enhancing system performance.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end users on SAP PP/DS functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP/DS with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP PP/DS to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP PP/DS Consultant or in a similar role, with expertise in SAP PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, and manufacturing processes within SAP ERP environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP PP/DS solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• SAP PP/DS certification is a plus.

Day-to-day

• Analyzing client requirements and proposing SAP PP/DS solutions.
• Configuring and customizing SAP PP/DS module to meet client's business needs.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support of SAP PP/DS.
• Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP PP/DS module.
• Conducting training sessions and creating documentation for end users.
• Participating in meetings and workshops to discuss SAP PP/DS projects and improvements.
