A leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking an experienced SAP Platform Manager to drive the strategic and technical development of its SAP ecosystem. You will play a central role in managing the core SAP platform with a focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and SAP Basis operations.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and integration of SAP BTP components (e.g., Integration Suite, CAP, Fiori/UI5, Work Zone).

Oversee SAP ALM processes including Change Management, Transport Management, and Solution Manager/Cloud ALM utilization.

Manage SAP Basis operations ensuring system availability, performance, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams to support cross-functional initiatives.

Drive innovation and modernization initiatives across the SAP landscape including S/4HANA, cloud integration, and DevOps practices.

Coordinate with external partners and service providers to ensure SLA adherence and strategic alignment.

Define governance standards and best practices for SAP platform usage across global sites.
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and platform management.

Strong knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and services.

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager is a must.

Solid understanding of system integration, security, performance tuning, and SAP technical operations.

Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
