Objective : Support UAT for SAP ECC implementation in Spain and Portugal.
- The testing scripts are defined and uploaded to ADO
- The solution experts who designed and developed the solution will be available online and accessible on-demand for any additional help
- IBM resources will play body SME role, helping the key users to follow the scripts and guide them if necessary, in execution (some key users are new to SAP and simple navigation might require some assistance and help)
- IBM resources will also support in checking issues and bugs and help in reporting properly to the solution experts (through HOTLINE chat group or directly in ADO)
- October 1 – 5: creating account, granting access, and receiving training on the solution to facilitate the UAT on-site facilitation and support. Ways of working during UAT execution will be defined and shared
- October 6 – 17: on-site presence as SAP SMEs to support UAT execution. Targets of scripts to be executed will be pre-defined and aligned.
