Your Responsibilities
Master Data Governance & Strategy

Design, establish, and evolve company-wide master data governance

Define MDM rules and ensure data quality across SAP systems

Act as a central point of contact for S/4HANA within the MDM space
Projects & Process Optimization

Lead and support projects focused on data analysis, migration, and quality improvement

Analyze existing processes, close system gaps, and define target specifications

Maintain and enhance master data documentation
System Integration & Implementation

Design application systems and interfaces in collaboration with IT

Coordinate external service providers

Conduct customizing, testing, documentation, and user training
Data Quality Management

Support departments in identifying and correcting data issues

Continuously monitor and optimize data flows and interfaces to enable smooth business operations
Consulting & Leadership

Advise stakeholders on master data topics

Provide technical direction for project teams and report to senior management
Your Profile
-
Degree in (business) informatics or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors

Cross-module SAP knowledge (PP, SD, FI/CO), with deep expertise in MDM, MDG, and MDI
-
Proven experience with data governance, business processes, and change management

Excellent English skills for global collaboration

Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
