To support our ongoing modernization of production processes, we are seeking an experienced Inhouse SAP PP/MES Consultant to join our dynamic IT & Digitalization team.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the internal expert for SAP PP (Production Planning) and MES processes across our German and international plants.

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows in collaboration with production, logistics, and quality departments.

• Manage and implement changes, enhancements, and integrations within SAP PP and connected MES environments.

• Lead or support rollout projects for S/4HANA and MES expansions.

• Provide 2nd/3rd-level support and ensure system stability and performance.

• Coordinate with external service providers and global IT teams.

• Conduct user training, documentation, and continuous improvement workshops.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and MES (e.g., SAP ME, SAP MII, or other MES platforms).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, shop floor execution, and data collection.

• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.

• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.

• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
