About the Role
Join a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant HR digital transformation. As an SAP HR Systems Expert, you will play a key role in the migration from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA while helping to develop and integrate SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Working closely with HR, IT and other business stakeholders, you will combine functional HR expertise with SAP system knowledge to design processes, configure solutions and support the organisation through this transformation.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the migration of HR processes from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA.
- Design and implement existing and new HR business processes in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure and customise SAP HR solutions based on business requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities and support successful go-lives, including configuration of new wage types and related HR functionality.
- Act as an SAP HR subject matter expert for internal HR teams, providing advice and creating training materials.
- Analyse payroll and system errors, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions in cooperation with IT and business stakeholders.
- Manage and support interfaces between payroll, Finance, Time Management and external systems.
- Contribute to wider HR IT projects and support project management activities.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification; relevant vocational training with strong SAP experience is also considered.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly configuration and customising.
- Experience in SAP HR / Payroll is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting or managing SAP projects.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Structured, organised and solution-oriented approach with the ability to quickly understand new topics.
- Strong service orientation, communication skills and confidence when working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to drive topics through to implementation.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with significant scope for initiative.
