Your tasks

• Further development and optimization of SAP HCM payroll processes. Implementation and management of communication with authorities (ELSTER, social security reports, tax and social security accounting). Adaptation and integration of company pension scheme processes and their interfaces in SAP. Error analysis and corrections in existing payroll solutions, taking current regulatory requirements into account. Coordination of changes and transports in compliance with the bank\'s security standards.
• As a requirements manager, you will contribute to strategic and cross-disciplinary and cross-topic solution approaches in the SAP HCM environment and ensure that the regulatory requirements of the application system are met.
• You will support error analysis as part of 3rd level support for the human resources department.

Your profile

• In-depth experience in SAP HCM, especially in payroll customization and development.
• In-depth knowledge of official reporting procedures in SAP (tax, social security, ELSTER).
• Experience with company pension schemes and their technical implementation in SAP.
• Understanding of change and (SAP) transport management in highly regulated IT environments.
• Problem-solving skills and high level of initiative.
• Fluent German skills – both written and spoken.
• A degree in computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally in the banking or insurance sector, rounds out your profile.
