Your task menu:
Payroll (50%)- You ensure the monthly payroll processing – accurately, on time and reliably.
- You detect deviations early, ensure data quality , and make sure that all relevant messages run correctly.
- Time management, master data and organizational management are reliably in your hands – structured, clean and traceable.
- You handle travel expense reports, flat-rate taxation, and monthly financial statements professionally, confidently, and pragmatically.
- You act as a key user in the SAP HCM module (PY, PA, PT) and understand the technical requirements from Payroll & HR.
- You will provide support in customizing, work on adjustments , and actively contribute to the further development of our HR system landscape.
- You analyze sources of error, optimize processes , and work closely with HR, IT, and external partners.
- You drive digitalization topics , both small and large, forward in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
Your finely tuned profile:
- Most importantly: You think about payroll AND SAP HCM together – professionally, systemically and responsibly – and are happy to find a place where both fit together.
- You have completed commercial or comparable training and have at least three years of experience in HR / payroll.
- You have a sound, practically proven understanding of tax and social security law – not in all its depths, but enough to navigate it reliably in everyday life.
- You are so proficient in payroll accounting that you can reliably manage monthly processes and notice early on if something is wrong.
- SAP HCM experience in PY / PA / PT – ideally both in application and with initial experience in customizing.
- You enjoy making things better pragmatically and step by step – and you do so with an open, friendly manner that strengthens our interactions.
