Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) within a healthcare environment.

• Analyse business requirements and advise HR stakeholders on process improvements and system solutions.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP HCM running on SAP ECC 6.0.

• Contribute to major HR and IT transformation projects, including migration to SAP S/4HANA HCM (H4S4), expansion of Fiori-based Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS), and wider HR process digitalisation.

• Support the strategic evolution towards SAP HXM and enhanced employee experience solutions.

• Maintain and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY), addressing complex organisational and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with HR, information governance, compliance, audit, and other internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate activities with external SAP partners, including testing and transport management.

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and long-term resolution.

• Produce clear, audit-ready technical and operational documentation.

About You

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Several years\' experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP HCM In-house Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module (PA, PY, PT, or OM).

• Experience with ABAP debugging, SAP interfaces, and ideally SAP S/4HANA HCM architecture (H4S4).

• Understanding of modern SAP HXM concepts, including Fiori, ESS/MSS, and user-centred HR solutions.

• Experience supporting HR processes such as time management, payroll, or employment legislation is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, independent approach to work.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).

• Strong organisational skills, attention to quality, and a proactive mindset.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and continuously developing your skills.
