SAP HCM Consultant

Energize SAP is supporting an enterprise client that is looking to bring on an SAP HCM Consultant to support HR system initiatives within their SAP environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including personnel administration and organizational management
• Work with HR stakeholders to improve HR processes within the SAP system
• Support payroll, time management, and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability

Your Requirements

• Strong SAP HCM configuration experience
• Experience supporting HR systems within SAP environments
• Knowledge of HR processes including employee administration and payroll
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or HR transformation projects
