SAP HCM Consultant

We are currently seeking an SAP HCM Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for a role based at one of our service centers. The position is available immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for SAP HCM modules, with a focus on payroll, personnel administration, and time management.

• Ensure a robust SAP system architecture by addressing potential issues and continuously optimizing the system through customizing.

• Contribute to the further development of cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors).

• Collaborate in the enhancement of People & Culture processes and related modules.

• Lead and contribute to various cross-functional projects.

• Oversee interfaces with connected systems (e.g., workforce management, travel management, e-learning platforms).

Your Profile

• A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources and strong IT affinity.

• Relevant experience in HR processes, particularly in payroll, personnel administration, and time management.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including customizing.

• Experience with cloud-based HR tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.

• Independent, structured working style with strong communication skills in both German and English.

• Most importantly: You are passionate about HR technology and eager to contribute with enthusiasm.
