Senior Inhouse SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant

We\'re looking for an experienced Senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join the in-house IT team of a leading international organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical SAP FSM platform, working with international stakeholders to deliver innovative field service solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP FSM subject matter expert.

• Design, configure and optimise SAP FSM solutions.

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Lead and support SAP FSM implementations, rollouts and enhancements.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to testing, deployment and support.

• Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Service Cloud and third-party systems.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support and drive continuous improvement.

• Deliver user training, documentation and best practice guidance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners.

Your Profile

• Strong experience implementing and configuring SAP Field Service Management.

• Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud or SAP BTP.

• Understanding of field service processes, scheduling and mobile workforce management.

• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, APIs or SAP Integration Suite is beneficial.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience across the full project lifecycle.

• SAP FSM certification is an advantage.

• Fluent English; additional European languages are beneficial.
