SAP Finance S/4HANA Consultant

 SAP Finance Consultant (m/f/d) 

A well-established SAP consultancy (500+ SAP specialists) is expanding its SAP Finance team (approx. 15 consultants) and is looking for mid-level to senior SAP Finance (FI/CO) consultants to join the practice. The focus is on Finance delivery and bringing in modern, mid-experience profiles.

Role focus

• SAP Finance delivery role with a generalist FI/CO focus
• Work closely with business stakeholders on workshops, solution design, and implementation support
• Project exposure across multiple industries (e.g., utilities, public sector, defence, manufacturing/food, some insurance)

Key requirements

• 4–6 years SAP Finance experience (FI/CO); solid mid-level consultants preferred
• German C1 + English (both required)
• Open to consulting travel (see travel policy below)
• Strong project track record (a project list is required)

Nice to have: SAP Cloud experience (preferred)

Travel / onsite policy (important)

• Must be open to travel
• Up to 4 days per week on customer site when required
• Overall travel is capped: no more than 50 days total in a 12-month period
• Travel time is paid at a standard rate

Package overview

• Up to €95,000 fixed salary 
• Overtime: paid / time-in-lieu (“pay and collect”)
• 30 days’ vacation
• 40-hour working week
• Company car included as part of the package + fuel/electric card (private use within Germany)
