YOUR TASKS

We are currently looking for an additional team member for our IT department. As an SAP Support

Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, operations, and compliance assurance with a focus

on SAP finance and controlling, as well as ensuring helpdesk tasks as second-level support and a link

to third-level support. In addition to ensuring end-user support, you will also be responsible for the

following tasks:

Support of SAP users at 1st and 2nd level

Classification of requests (incident, service request, change request, focus on finance and

controlling)

Processing of incidents & service requests

Support of operational business activities, such as preparation and follow-up of monthly and

annual financial statements, posting corrections, processing of posting errors, situational

support of electronic payment transactions, accounts payable workflow (AFI), development of

goal-oriented solutions, processing of IDOC errors

Escalation management to 3rd level if required

Development of workarounds in case of problems and solution documentation

General administration SAP in the primary modules FI/CO

Monitoring & operation of interfaces and intercompany movements in SAP

Conducting queries and data analyses

Assistance with situational project activities and change requests

Carrying out integration tests after changes

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training or have a comparable qualification

and have already gained solid experience in using SAP (ECC 6.0) in the areas of finance, controlling,

and COPA (profit and market segment analysis). You also bring the following:

Experience with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM)

You have a general understanding of industrial processes in ERP

Your German and English skills are very good, both written and spoken

Resilience, reliability and analytical thinking are among your strengths
