What You Will Do:

• Analyze existing business processes within the finance and controlling domains, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Design, implement, and continually develop SAP FI/CO solutions tailored to our operational needs.
• Support SAP users by providing expert assistance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower key users and promote best practices.
• Develop test plans, execute testing procedures, and perform error analysis to ensure high-quality SAP deployments.
• Manage SAP authorization roles and implement change requests through effective customizing.

Required Skills:

• Several years of professional experience supporting SAP in an in-house environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, with hands-on experience in interface development and customizing.
• Proficiency in test management and quality assurance for SAP solutions.
• Analytical mindset with robust conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a high customer orientation.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Cross-module knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as MM or HCM.
• Interest in expanding expertise within integrated SAP landscapes.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years in SAP FICO support or implementation roles.

Other Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license; driver’s license loan program available.
• Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
