SAP FI Consultant

Role Overview
As a Senior SAP Finance Consultant, you will support clients with SAP finance-related topics and contribute to a variety of implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver SAP finance projects across the full lifecycle, including design, process optimisation, configuration, go-live, and user training
• Take shared responsibility for meeting project timelines and budget requirements
• Provide expert advice to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and adapting to changing business needs
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with sales teams to present consulting capabilities to prospective clients
• Work with modern SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, and apply them in client environments

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on finance
• Strong background in financial accounting and related areas
• Experience delivering SAP FI implementation or transformation projects (ideally end-to-end)
• Broad knowledge of SAP FI and its submodules (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting), including configuration
• Familiarity with related SAP modules such as Controlling (CO) and Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Client-focused mindset with an understanding of business and sales contexts
• Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and good command of English
