Senior In?House Consultant SAP FI/CO (m/f/d) – Focus on Controlling
A dynamic IT services team is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO professional to help drive digital transformation across a diverse internal business landscape. Your Role
This position goes far beyond traditional system administration. You’ll play an active role in transforming controlling processes and shaping the evolution of SAP CO within the organization. Your expertise will directly influence key business functions, and you’ll have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Central system support: Serve as the primary contact for analytics applications and SAP finance/controlling systems, ensuring stable and efficient operations.
- Impactful project work: Participate in major analytics initiatives and, after onboarding, take responsibility for system migrations and rollouts.
- Collaborative development: Work closely with internal development teams to design solutions and continuously enhance existing systems.
- Cross?regional coordination: Align closely with business departments and process owners across the DACH region.
- User enablement: Provide support to end users and deliver hands?on training sessions.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP CO
- Strong expertise in CO customizing; basic skills in ABAP debugging and familiarity with SAPUI5/Fiori concepts
- Structured, proactive working style with a hands?on mindset
- Enjoyment of problem?solving and working in a committed team
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10–20%)
