SAP FI/CO Business Process Consultant

As we continue to grow and digitize our global operations, we are looking for a skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our dynamic in-house IT team.

Your Role

As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing and supporting our SAP Finance and Controlling modules across our global business units. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT colleagues to ensure robust and future-ready SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions

• Customize and configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA) modules

• Manage end-to-end implementation and rollout projects

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for global SAP users

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial and controlling processes

• Lead workshops, user trainings, and testing phases

• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and service providers as needed

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting (in-house or as external consultant)

• Strong knowledge of SAP customizing in FI and CO modules

• Experience with international project environments and cross-functional collaboration

• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus

• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of S/4HANA is an advantage
