SAP FI-CA Consultant

Energize SAP is seeking an experienced SAP FI-CA Consultant to play a key role in a major S/4HANA migration initiative. This contract position offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise-scale challenges, supporting design, migration, and testing activities within a dynamic environment. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system integration, contributing to a critical transformation journey.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI-CA experience
• Strong understanding of FI-CA master and transactional data
• Interface knowledge with FI and CO modules
• 2+ years of S/4HANA experience
• Proven track record in SAP migration or transformation projects
• Familiarity with large-scale SAP changes (SNP or similar preferred)
• Fluency in German (minimum B2, ideally C1)
• Independent, structured working style

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with complex enterprise migrations
• Knowledge of SAP testing cycles and validation processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent experience in enterprise finance systems

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start ASAP
• Duration through 2027 with flexible commitment (50% minimum, up to 100%)
• Remote work with occasional visits to Frankfurt (2–3 times annually)
