- Review the design and architecture of three SAP BTP applications, with primary focus on one newly developed application
- Assess application architecture and deployment patterns within the SAP BTP landscape on SAP RISE
- Provide recommendations and best practices for onboarding and deploying future applications
- Review current secure development and secure code review practices for SAP BTP applications
- Assess identity and access architecture across SAP IAS, Entra ID, and external-facing identity integrations
- Provide guidance and best practices around secrets management, key management, and platform-level security controls
- Review connectivity architecture between on-premise systems, SAP BTP, and SAP RISE environments, including SAP Cloud Connector usage and related integration patterns
- Participate in client architecture, security, and scoping discussions with Kudelski and client stakeholders
- Assist in defining scope, priorities, and recommendations for potential follow-on phases of work
- Support development of the end-client Statement of Work (SOW) and related assessment deliverables based on findings and agreed future-state recommendations
- Deliver architectural, governance, and security recommendations for future-state scalability and operational maturity
