Energize SAP is searching for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer who can specialise in EWM and Retail.
The organization is undergoing an IT-wide agile transformation and works with multiple Scrum teams following scaled agile frameworks. The main focus is the agile implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the continuous expansion of a modern cloud-based architecture.

Your responsibilities

Planning and development of sophisticated, company-specific applications in the SAP EWM / SAP for Retail environment using ABAP and ABAP OO

Continuous enhancement and stable operation of SAP EWM solutions

Design and implementation of complex SAP and non-SAP interfaces as well as web-based technologies

Creation of technical specifications and software documentation (German)

Effort estimation and conceptual as well as technical implementation of requirements

Execution of developer tests and responsibility for functional and technical quality assurance

Handling support inquiries within a DevOps setup

Active participation in retrospectives, including feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile

Completed degree or vocational training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable IT-related field

Several years of professional experience in ABAP / ABAP OO development, ideally with a focus on EWM / WM and related frameworks (e.g. RF Framework, PPF)

Strong understanding of logistics processes and experience with SAP MM and SD

Hands-on experience with SAP interface technologies (ALE/IDoc, REST services, OData) and enhancement techniques such as BAdIs and user exits

Experience in form development (e.g. Adobe Interactive Forms, SmartForms)

Confident use of ABAP Unit tests and experience with test-driven development (TDD)

Interest in modern SAP technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform, CAP, and SAP UI5

Very good German language skills
