A global leader in innovative live production technologies for the media, sports, and entertainment sectors is seeking to expand its HR team. With operations structured across three specialized business units—Product Development, Managed Technology Services, and Global Network Solutions—the company is dedicated to delivering integrated, high-performance solutions to its clients worldwide.
The centralized People & Organization department plays a crucial role in supporting smooth, efficient HR operations across all divisions and international locations. As part of the broader Corporate Services function, this team directly contributes to achieving long-term strategic goals and enabling sustainable growth.
To further strengthen our HR systems and data capabilities, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Data & Systems (m/f/d) to join our team at the company headquarters in Wuppertal.
Key Responsibilities

HR Data Management:
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across all HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. -
System Support:
Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors and other HR tools used across the organization. -
Data Integrity & Validation:
Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and validation processes to maintain reliable and consistent HR data. -
Project Involvement:
Contribute to HR projects involving organizational changes, data migrations, and system updates, ensuring data integrity throughout.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with HR colleagues across various teams to deliver structured, high-quality data that supports informed decision-making.
Your Profile

Educational Background:
A completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience in a comparable role. -
HRIS & Data Expertise:
Several years of hands-on experience in HR data management and the administration of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in a global or complex organizational setting. -
Language Skills:
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with international colleagues and external service providers. -
Mindset & Motivation:
A solution-oriented, proactive approach and a passion for advancing HR data and systems—not only within the team but across the wider organization.
Project Experience:
Practical experience in project management, especially in planning and executing data-related initiatives such as system implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
