To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced SAP CX / Service Cloud Consultant to join their growing SAP Competence Center in Germany.
The Role
As an SAP CX / Service Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP CX solutions that enhance customer engagement and service processes across international markets.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with the company’s global CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP Service Cloud (C4C) implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.

Translate business requirements into effective CX process designs and technical configurations.

Integrate SAP CX with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.

Provide 2nd/3rd-level support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor for business users, driving digital customer experience innovation.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CX / C4C / Service Cloud solutions.

Strong understanding of service management processes (FSM, ticketing, field service, etc.).

Experience integrating SAP CX with S/4HANA or ECC (using CPI or similar).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (German a strong advantage).
