SAP Consultant HCM / SuccessFactors

Location: Vilsbiburg, Germany | Hybrid Working: 2 days home office per week
Salary: Up to €100,000 gross per year

Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant looking for an in-house position where you can take ownership of HR IT processes and contribute to their continuous improvement?

Our client is an internationally operating technology company and a leading supplier to the automotive industry, with more than 5,000 employees worldwide.

To strengthen their internal SAP team, they are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d), with a particular focus on SuccessFactors and HR-related topics.

Your Responsibilities

• Further develop and optimise existing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and HR processes.
• Focus on SuccessFactors, particularly Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
• Support the introduction and optimisation of new performance management processes.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the existing SAP HCM / SuccessFactors landscape.
• Analyse HR requirements and translate them into efficient IT solutions.
• Work closely with HR departments, key users and international stakeholders.
• Participate in smaller projects, system enhancements and process optimisation initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the company\'s HR IT landscape.
• Support the integration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the existing SAP HCM environment.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on Employee Central and Performance & Goals Management.
• A background in SAP HCM is advantageous.
• Experience with HR-related SAP modules and processes.
• Good understanding of HR processes and their integration into SAP systems.
• Experience in supporting and optimising existing SAP environments.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• An independent and solution-oriented working approach.
