- SAP Service Desk (1st level, 2nd level)
- Implementation of monitoring manually and via SAP Solution Manager and, if necessary, SAP Cloud ALM
- SAP incident processing (1st, 2nd, 3rd level up to the supplier)
- Processing of Service Requests
- Installation, configuration and operation of SAP systems and non-SAP systems (Linux, Windows)
- Installation, configuration and operation of databases (Oracle, MS SQL, HANA, HANA Cockpit)
- Installation of SAP notes, enhancement packages, support packages and patches as well as support and advice on questions of release strategy
- Transportation Configuration
- Setup and operation of interfaces (RFCs, etc.)
- Execution of system copies (ABAP, JAVA)
- Execution of client copies
- Performing Backup/Restore/Recovery
- Execution of scripting
- Setup and operation of central/decentralized printing in/from SAP
- Optimization of monitoring of SAP systems and non-SAP systems
- Documentation of technical activities in a corresponding ITIL tool
- Logging of activities where needed (e.g. for compliance requirements)
- Optimization of internal processes and support of corresponding operational activities
- Support and advice on technical issues
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
- Knowledge transfer to the customer\'s employees
- Empiruis EPOS (system copy/parameter change/kernel swapping automation tool)
- Performance Optimization / Traces
- Administration of archiving with OpenText
